青少年陶成組 朱偉言供稿

※往年在Plano舉行深受本堂教友歡迎的Fullness of Truth研討營，今夏在Arlington Convention Center舉行。日期為7月30日(五)至8月1日(日)，費用為成人 $30，學生 $15，家庭套票 $100。陶成組會贊助宗教老師和青少年參加。詳情請參看 http://www.fullnessoftruth.com

※每年由Dallas教區主辨的Ministry Formation Day將於八月二十八日(六)在 St. Monica 堂區舉行。當天有各類關於靈修、禮儀、宗教教育、福傳等演講項目讓參加者自由選擇，費用是二十五元（含午餐），由堂區贊助，有興趣的教友請向朱偉言報名。

※兒童及青少年宗教教育急需要義務宗教老師。我們會提供訓練、義工必需通過教區的保護兒童安全背景調查。有興趣當宗教老師的教友請向朱偉言報名。

禮儀組 席鯤珍供稿

※ 北美第四十三屆西南區禮儀年會將於2005年1月18日至1月21日在達拉斯Adam’s Mark Hotel 舉行。此次年會將由達拉斯主教府主辦。參與者概括全美西南區七個州，二十六個主教府。教會藉著每年的年會，讓參與者分享各自的經驗，互相學習, 並帶回各堂區以促進在信仰上的成長。主教府大力鼓吹和期盼各堂區服務人員的參與和支持。本堂將為報名者付註冊費$95.00元，有意者請與席鯤珍連絡。

夫婦懇談會 張元生供稿

※第九屆美南夫婦週末營定於今年九月三日至五日舉行。風趣及經驗豐富的滿而溢神父已答應於百忙中抽空來達拉斯擔任週末營的指導神師。有興趣參加的夫婦請向李元正、蕭康宜夫婦報名。同時也希望大家積極邀請朋友參加。這兩天的時間將是您對您自己及最愛的另一半所做最好的投資。

中文學校 萬玉珊供稿

※中文學校正在放暑徦，預計八月下旬開學。

※中文學校有意在下學期增開親情育幼班，適合5-7歲尚未學過注音符號的小朋友參加。我們仍採小班制，5名以上小朋友報名即開班，最多不超過8名。另外現有不同程度的4個班級，每班也有2-3名空額。有興趣的家長請與萬玉珊校長連絡。電話817-354-8892 或手機469-879-6676。

※The garage sale has successfully raised $2,949.20 for the new building fund. Many thanks to those who have made the generous donations, and our special thanks to Legion of Mary for their effort in supporting this event. Donation receipt for tax deduction will be mailed out soon.

Youth Formation: By Ron Chu

※Remember the Fullness of truth Catholic Evangelization conference held last year at Plano? Those who attended spoke highly of the event. Well, this summer, they are back at the Arlington Convention Center. Date is July 30 (Fri) till August 1 (Sun), cost is $35 for adult, $15 for student, $100 for a family ticket. CCD will sponsor all catechists or youth who like to attend the conference. Details please visit the website www.fullnessOfTruth.com

※Ministry Formation Day, the annual event organized by the Diocese of Dallas will be held on August 28 (Sat) at St Monica Parish, Dallas. Participants are free to choose from a wide variety of talks: spirituality, liturgy, catechism, and evangelization. Details please refer to the bulletin board. Pre-registration cost is $25 per person. CCD will sponsor this event. Please contact Ron Chu for pre-registration.

※ We are looking for volunteers to teach or assist in teaching our Sunday school. Training will be provided. All volunteers will need to pass the Diocese Safety Environment screening requirement. If you are willing to help our program, please contact Ron Chu.

Liturgy By Ellen Chang

※The Southwest Liturgical Conference will convene its 43^rd annual study week January 18-21, 2005 at the Adam’s Mark Hotel in downtown Dallas. The Diocesan Liturgy Office is hosting the event. Each January the SWLC Study Week is held at a different location in the region, highlighting the rich diversity of its people. Liturgists and those involved in ministry gather together in faith to study and prayerfully celebrate the ritual nature of the tradition of our Catholic faith. The Diocesan encourage all priests and religious, catechists, Eucharistic ministers, lectors, ushers, music ministers and any others who work in parishes to attend. The parish will pay the registration fee of $95.00. Please contact Ellen Chang if you are interested in attending.
